Group Training

Our group training operates very uniquely as we combine the gym equipment together with use of props such as ropes, straps and chairs, offer support for you to access all exercises to your body’s full capabilities. Small size classes to allow for individual attention.

OPTION TO CUSTOMISE YOUR OWN GROUP CLASS AT YOUR TIME (min. 5 persons required)


Active Kids

Duration: 45 minutes
$15 (expressions of interest welcome)

The group fitness class for kids is age appropriate to children from 5 to 12 years.  Our program are fully supervised with fun active sessions combining balance, spacial awareness, breathing techniques to help focus leaving them feeling more motivated and comfortable within themselves..guaranteed they will come back for  more.


Compound Circuit

Duration: 45 minutes

If you want to make positive changes to your body, your goal should be to include exercises into your workout sessions that recruit as many muscles as possible and elevate your heart rate . Compound Circuit is an effective way to give your whole body a workout in minimal time.


Corporate Core & Stretch

Duration: 45 minutes

Too Much Desk Time? Find out how activating your core and stretches can help muscular imbalances. This class is designed in to focus on correcting common abnormal postural habits and to provide you with some “take away” stretches you could even practice whilst at the work desk.
