Our fully equipped studio offers an intimate and supportive space for all levels and age groups. The use of props such as straps, ropes, chairs, cushions and bolsters means that everyone can access all poses.

Attention to detail and alignment is emphasized in order to cultivate a sound practice.  Fundamental yoga postures are explored as you build strength and develop body awareness.

Yoga classes incorporate poses and sequences from Iyengar traditions. This method of teaching develops heightened self-awareness and concentration. The studio atmosphere is one of attention and application, not competition. At all times the teaching is oriented towards gradual but steady progress, rather than rapid but fleeting results.


Preparing for your yoga class

  • It is recommend to arrive 5-10 minutes prior to class time
  • Suitable clothing includes shorts and leggings; no baggy clothes
  • No large meals within 3-4 hours prior to class
  • Please inform your teacher if you have any injuries or medical conditions, if menstruating or have special needs.

Yoga Dynamic (Ashtanga)

Duration: 75 minutes
Level: Beginners welcome.

This dynamic, physically demanding practice synchronizes breath and movement to produce an internal heat designed to purify the body. Ashtanga yoga, with its many sequences, is great for building core strength and toning the body. Prepare to sweat as you briskly move through a set sequence.

Power Vinyasa

Duration: 60 minutes
Level: Beginners to Intermediate

Inspired from the ancient Ashtanga Vinyasa series, a dynamic,creative and fun series of yoga that improves strength, flexibility and fitness.  Breath and movement are deeply linked and synchronized, allowing the practise to flow as a moving meditation. The class creates heat through the body, stimulating energy flow and allowing for a detoxifying and energising experience.  Personal attention with physical adjustments ensure every student progresses and benefits from deepening their understanding.

Yoga General “Relax, Renew, Restore”

Duration: 60 minutes
Level: No experience necessary, everyone is welcome

A lovely way to relax at the end of the week and to refresh, enliven the body and mind. A combination of gentle poses, breathing techniques and meditation practices.

Teens Yoga & Mindful Meditation

Duration: 60 minutes
Level: No experience necessary, everyone is welcome

A fun and athletic form of yoga to dispel stress, increase energy levels and motivate and enrich teens in their daily life. Benefit from a deeper mind and body connection whereby meditation techniques develop stronger concentration for study/exams and intuition in everyday life.
