MEN’S HEALTH

Optimising Hormones for Health and Fitness
Here at Abody Wellness Fitness Studio, we are passionate about helping our clients not only reach their fitness goals, but reach optimal health.
We help our clients reach wellbeing goals by supporting their health journey from the inside-out.
Owner and founder, Michael Bikicki, has been in the fitness industry for over fifteen years, and loves helping clients reach their full fitness potential, especially men.
Michael is highly skilled in supporting men to reach peak mental and physical health, especially because speaking openly about mental health can be seen as taboo.
These emotional blockages can ultimately affect both mental wellbeing and physical health in unison.
That’s why the Abody team focuses on mental, physical and nutritional health as the key foundation of wellbeing; working to optimise all three elements.
Abody targets these three key areas, creating a lifestyle where these factors work in synergy, and optimising hormones to help clients feel the best they can.
For men especially, fostering ideal testosterone levels is a key factor in achieving and maintaining health and fitness goals.
The symptoms men might experience when their testosterone levels are low can vary.
Some symptoms OF LOW testosterone levels
  • Reduced muscle mass
  • Increase in body fat
  • Decrease in energy levels
  • Lower bone density
  • Mood swings
  • Difficulty sleeping
  • Lower sex drive
Some of the benefits to having optimal testosterone levels include:
  • Feeling well and having a zest for life
  • Putting on lean muscle mass
  • Stronger bones
  • Dropping body fat easily
  • Increased energy
  • Higher libido
  • Improved sleep
A common misconception is that older men are the most likely to suffer from low testosterone levels, however, men as young as thirty can have symptoms.
Low levels of testosterone can arise due to obesity, diet, lack of exercise and even environmental toxins.
Micheal works alongside the studio’s Endocrinologist (hormone specialist), undertaking the necessary tests to assess a client; creating a plan to reach optimal wellbeing through exercise and nutrition.
Abody Wellness Fitness Studio helps clients to function at their optimum level, and aids them in becoming the best version of themselves inside and out, focusing on health and fitness as an all encompassing journey – not just one focused on gains
